Re: Death Mix - Vintage Deceased
re: #6. I'm guessing this was in some distant village. I was in Russia in 1994, and I don't remember anyone who had B&W cameras or B&W film, unless it was for art photography!

Re: Death Mix - Vintage Deceased
#3 reminds me of when my grandma died. I was 19, it was about 1985ish and she looked so shiny. She wasn’t her full, chubby self anymore. I touched her bony hand and it felt stiff and cold. I was still naive about preparing dead body, etc., but I knew then that it just wasn’t her anymore. I also saw a young 17 year old guy. I was about 20 and he had killed himself with pills. He was unrecognizable. His hair was styled all weird, his face looked bloated and strange, with obvious make-up on. Just awful. I’m getting cremated! My soul will be gone anyway. No staring at me, all dead and not looking right. |
