You're right that it's suspicious. You're wrong as to the why. A simple blood draw to test for the presence of cardiac biomarkers like troponin is as dispositive of death by heart attack as elevated HCG is of pregnancy, and just as cheap and easy. The reason so many young men are dropping dead of heart attacks everywhere is the one reason we all know but must not be named. It's also causing formerly rare cancers to be commonplace and supercharging common ones into turbo cancers. |

I also noticed the suspiciously high number of heart attacks among them. If they can't afford to do proper autopsies on them, I guess citing "heart attack" as a cause of death is seen as the simplest and most plausible solution
