Did a quick search,
from what i've found it's a homicide from back in october 2014.

At the end of the morning of this Thursday (09) another homicide was registered in the Capital of Fashion. The crime took place in the neighborhood of Palestine.

According to the first information, the victim, (23 years old) was executed with several shots to the head. Samu was called, but the young man had already died.

Military police isolated the site and experts from the Institute of Criminalistics conducted the gathering of evidence to begin investigations.

Police officers reported that the victim was an ex-convict and lived near the scene of the crime.
