You would be surprised at how many transexuals look like biological women. It's the cocktails of medicines and plastic surgery. I had a friend, long time ago, she was in the early stages of transitioning. She had to take medication that would start helping the process. I felt her breasts, felt extremely real and she was starting to get a curvier figure. I shit you not, there are so many gorgeous trans women, its insane.
