That doesn't make sense. I mean I can see the biker killed the pedestrian somehow, but the biker looks fine. Why is he dead? Weird!

I'm thinking it's the same guy -- no pedestrian.. (lol well unless there was a sale on down the market for yellow sole boots and baggy leather pants, and they both snapped a pair up). In the first pic that could be his jacket on the ground behind guy standing far-left. I guess they felt the need to strip him and have a gawk there and then.

This looks like a one man show. The bike is not so badly damaged and dude had a helmet. The rain may have caused him to loose control and crash.
