28-year-old influencer and her 30-year-old partner were shot dead whilst sleeping in Guanacaste, Costa Rica.

Gabriela d.l.Á.S.C. maintained a following of over 100,000 across her Instagram and TikTok accounts, where she was known for sharing lifestyle content, documenting her travels and posting about her 9-year-old daughter.

After the killing, suspects fled the home and allegedly burned a white vehicle. It was also reported that authorities believe the killing may have been motivated by retribution, but police said that they are continuing to investigate to determine an official motive.
