In Babahoyo, Los Rios province, Ecuador, a 27-year-old woman, G.J.B.H., became another victim of a sicario attack. She was standing outside her house when the perpetrators rode up to her on a motorbike and began shooting. She was shot seven times in total. There was no word on motive. G. had celebrated her birthday the previous day. |

Thanks for this scene. Nice flower pants and color coordinated outfit. I think she's a higher socio-economic level than most of these dead women associated with gangs, drugs, robbers. It would be interesting if anyone had more background.

It's described as a suicide in the Spanish language forum I found it, but no more details. Seems fishy that cyanide can be bought so easy in a package like that... Seems staged to me and death by cyanide isn't supposed to cause foaming mouth?

NaCN has any number of industrial and educational uses. It could have been acquired in any university chem lab, for example. Or a silversmith's. Depends on the dose. A large dose causes immediate respiratory collapse and limits excretions. That would seem to be consistent with suicidal intent because cyanide tastes far too bitter to be hidden in water or a cigarette at that dose. |

Well, a bag of cyanide, a bottle of water, and another bottle (empty) of liquor. No almond cookies tho... Looks like a suicide by cyanide. Unless she was illiterate and someone told her "cianuro" meant cocaine or something... |
