A translation from an article:

14th March 2020
Morelia: They stone a woman and destroy her head

A woman was found with her head smashed, the alleged murderers used several stones to deprive her of life and then abandon her naked body in the El Parián neighborhood, located to the west of the Michoacán capital.

These events were recorded when the residents of these neighborhoods were walking on a property that is next to a stream and when they saw the woman, they notified the police.

The victim was on her back, her face was shattered, exposure of brain mass, and she was naked.

This area was cordoned off by the uniformed personnel and they gave notice to the prosecution personnel who shortly came to start the investigation folder.

After several minutes they ordered that the body be sent to the local morgue where they will continue with the examinations established by law and thus determine if he had any other firearm injury.

Here she is with an antemortem and without the weird hand censoring. I had a few of her in my Bladder Release thread from a few years ago, since she visibly wet her pants when she died. No idea why your source blurred the hands, though.
