Looks like my questions were relevant after all. This showed up on LD with more info. She didn't drown, but was strangled by a "rescue" worker who was supposed to be taking her for medical attention when she passed out at work, but preferred raping her instead. When the girl came to, mid rape, he strangled her. As I suggested earlier, her clothing was not at all consistent with drowning unless a suicide, and then she didn't look wet. Turns out nightshift's criticism was the POS in this case.
