looks like some sort of board/placard is attached to the tree on the right hand side, guy was probably was placed there for all to see, & that placard may say who he was & wot he did, would be interesting to see what it says, " MURDERED PERSON SITTING IN A TREE,,,R.O.T.T.I.N.G !"
