Great photos! I don't see any blood, ligature marks, or other injuries...only a bit of fluid from her eye(?!) and the urine-soaked pants. Any idea what the COD was here? I'd guess some sort of poison, but that usually includes cyanosis, aspiration, or foaming, none of which are really present.

Ah hah! Figured there'd be aspirated stomach contents somewhere. :) Judging by the trail of gunk on her face and the pattern of urine-staining in the shorts, she must have died on her right side, hanging partially off of the bed and then been rolled onto her back by the response team.
