Dead with a Shot in the Head and Feet Tied

Earlier yesterday afternoon, Saturday (28), around 12h: 30mim, military police were deployed as a person had been found dead.

On site, the military police found the corpse, and isolated the location until the arrival of the Homicide, Police Scientific and Forensic Institute.

With the arrival of forensic experts, the place of death was subject to their expertise, and revealed that the victim had a single gunshot fire in the skull, which caused a scorching near the eye. The shooter had placed a gun to his head, leaning against the victim. The victim was also found with his legs tied, and the perpetrator had dragged his body to the place it was found, beside the Honda Motorcycle / CG Today, model 125, and placed the victim's property on the grass.

The victim has been identified as a 40 years old man, resident of the area south of Foz, and worked as an electrician in a luxury hotel.

According to family members the victim was a drug user, but did not have any enemies, stating that Friday (27) would be his day off, and he had left home and did not return.

After forensics were complete, the body was removed to the morgue where it underwent autopsy examination and later released to relatives.
