Dead Physician
This retired physician used traction to ease the pain resulting from his neck problems. Autopsy revealed he had a bad heart. There was no reason to believe he committed suicide. click pic to view larger image |

Re: Dead Physician
Is the color change between the top and bottom of the head because of blood pooling and the traction cutting it off at the neck?

Along the spinal cord, there are nerve roots that grow out from the main cord and pass between the vertebra. By applying traction, the vertebra are stretched apart, thereby relieving a pinched nerve. Wahlah! I have an inverse table that gives complete spinal traction. You can hang upside down if you wanted to...but I don't! My hubby has done it though, haha. I pre-set the the table to have my head maybe a foot lower than my feet (which are clamped in this cool ankle/foot cushioned grip thing). Teeter Hang Up http://www.teeter-inversion.com/ |
