in Italy after all tragedy the civil protection it's the first to arrive and help the person. In Italy o Europe the life is important, in the U.S.A. no, only the money. Here there is a welfare that help all, in U.S.A. the hospital rejected the person; this called egoism and abandon for people that no havy enhouf money. This is scandalos. Re: Dead Man On Sunlounger
Katrina was a sad chapter in American history. Most of the people who died refused to evacuate. I have very little sympathy for the ones that lost their lives because they refused to leave. I do have sympathy for those who died because they weren't given the option to leave. For example... children who had parents who refused to take their family to safety. Those children had NO CHOICE. The elderly who were confined to hospitals, or nursing facilities who refused to evacuate them. I have a lot of sympathy for the TRUE VICTIMS. The others.... NO. Alot of why it took so long to get help for the people is because once supplies were ready, hell had broken loose and people were acting like animals. Authorities were afraid to go in down there. Hell, even their own police department turned on them, and started acting like animals. I'd say the call to not go in at that particular time was a good one. Why should people jeapordize their own personal safety for people who REFUSED to evacuate? There is a level of personal responsibility that we all must take. BOT.... the dude standing there pointing is priceless. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
