On July 16th, 2015, body of a 47 years old man was found after he was last seen ten days ago. He is a known drunk and authorities suspected that he died ten days ago, the cause of death was head injury from falling down and hitting his head.

That's because you use the same file name for all 4 pics, in this case the name image. That means it replaces the already existing file with the same name in the thread so give them some unique names like i did for you. 222, 223, 224 or something like that )
