The dead body of a young man was found in front of a parked car. External examination showed an abraded contusion on the left of his forehead and finger tip pressure contusions on the right shoulder and arm. Autopsy did not reveal any traumatic or pathological cause of death. Examination of the anal orifce showed a recent contusion and tiny laceration of the anal orifce. Anal swabs were positive for semen. Toxicological screening revealed lethal concentrations of barbituric acid derivative.
The victim was seen the night before with a friend who confessed to inviting the deceased home for a cup of tea. He put sleeping pills in the victims tea and when he fell asleep he sexually assaulted him.
After the act he went to sleep to find the victim dead the next morning. He dumped the cadaver.
