i know this incident because i live in kuwait....this is north of kuwait during the final months of the 1990 iraqi invasion of kuwait
the defeated and RETREATING iraqi troops were mercilessly attacked by airstrikes by the US despite them waving the white flag.....i know because i have seen this place with my own eyes

this road is now known as the 'highway of death'

may god have mercy on these martyrs
