I've seen quite a few photos of this girl but no stories to confirm what happened or who she is, but the eyes and lips do look like the work of scavengers. A google image search for "livestock mutilation" will show some examples, though it is the term used for what is believed to be the work of aliens. Either way, you can see that the removal of the eyes can look pretty clean and precise, while the lips are pretty ragged. Hers are mostly gone from one side, as well. I've seen quite a few comments about them saying it's fake, though...Without a story behind it, it's hard telling. If it is real, that poor girl...

just had to ask this to anyone who could answer.... may be in connect or not to that kind of incident i dont know. my question is what would a dead person who had a full face plastic surgery look like when he's left dead on the open field? i mean would the plastic used shrink like that or so?

It's absolutely hauntingly beautiful. I doubt that is was Henry Lee Lucas and his accomplice given the recent looking quality of the photo. I would put money on the eyes and lips being cut off after death given the relatively clean nature of the cutting, however animals are not a totally unreasonable theory I suppose.
