Lips are gone too... can't be one of Charles Albright's victims, and she's way too young to be Maxine Cezzara (sp?), who was one of the two Richard Ramirez victims to have their eyes removed. AFAIK, neither killer removed victims' lips. If I had to put money on who did this, I would guess that it was Henry Lee Lucas and Ottis Toole, due to how badly mutilated the body is.
