El Melvin from Jalisco, Mexico.

Here is video of him kidnapping someone:

“El Melvin” was a member of organized crime who operated in the north and east of Guadalajara, kidnapping people. He was captured on video a few months ago when he kidnapped a person in Colonia San Marcos.
