Dead Body Found Across the Street from My House
While getting ready for work, I was on my way to start up my Harley, yellow police tape in my driveway marking off the crime scene. There is a dead guy that was clutching a ball peen hammer with a nice stream of blood draining on the deck to the gutter.. Stab wounds to his (L) armpit area.. Broken beer bottle next to the body as well.. My roomate was seen with the deceased last night by another roommate.. Right now my roommate is nowhere to be found and the are looking for him.. Not that I'm suggesting you argue with the cop unless you feel like it but, while they have the authority to tell you to stay outside of the tape and not interfere with the crime scene, they do NOT have the authority to order you to put away the camera. You can take all the pictures you wish of a dead body on the public street as long as you aren't in their way.  Cool pics in any event; thanks for sharing. |
