That was my initial thought but look at the last pic....those are stairs and thats where they found here so maybe she took a tumble   |

They may have the hands bagged because they could see signs of struggle. It looks to me like that might be what some of the photo's are showing. Notice the foot shot. The focus is on the boot print which looks to be a male boot.
