When it comes to Central and South American countries, innocent bystanders become targets on a regular basis. The teenagers might not have been involved in anything at all. It may have been a sibling or other family member that pissed off the wrong person. Hell, maybe one of the gunmen asked the girl out, she turned him down, and he retaliated. As we can all tell from this entire thread, some very messed up stuff happens down there. One thing I do know... that chick sucked at taking selfies.    |
