Cuppa Coffee and a Slit Throat
21 year old woman was found dead with her throat cut so deeply as to be almost decapitated. She also had signs of beating on her face. It was reported that shortly before her body turned up, she had been sitting alone in a cafe nearby, drinking coffee and looking 'strange, nervous, and crestfallen.' An employee of the coffee shop said he assumed she was high as a kite. In any event, she eventually got up and left alone. Next time she was seen, it was with a second smile. Looks like her purse got dumped out at some point. Contents are scattered on the ground beside her and the strap is torn and still looped around her arm. Looks like she was actually killed there. Police confirmed that she was not sexually assaulted. Can't see details about the injury, unfortunately. But the piss stain down her leg runs almost all the way to her knee, so I am guessing she was standing or at least kneeling up when they started cutting. Speculation, though. Coulda happened when they grabbed her, I suppose. No motives aside from possibly drugs. No suspects. She's got an older brother who has been screaming bloody murder on FB all day about what he's gonna do if he ever catches the killer(s). He's kind of a brutal looking fucker, so I wouldn't want to cross him. Hoping for better postmortem pics at some point. This was the least-censored one I could find.
