I don't think it's the middle of nowhere. Probably a quarry. It doesn't look like a work accident. It's obvious that the guy is not wearing safety boots, clothing or a hard hat. But it happens. The block says Toledo, somewhere in the center of Spain, a place where there are marble quarries. Accidents like this one are common. But it's hard to explain why that guy in flip-flops and summer beach clothing was right there in the way of a huge block of marble tumbling down...
