H'eah, there are a couple previous posts about this too. He doesn't seem in his 20s nor 6, probably a teenager. Based on the name "Toledo" painted on the block, this probably happened in Spain. Fuckin Spain... it's a toss up in Spain... some people look really dark due to old Moorish ancestry, and then you get some who are fair-skinned with light hair, like my ancestors. I once saw this hot redhead bartender in Barcelona, and since I'm not good at Spanish, I figured, "Awesome, I can have a coherent convo with this chick." And then she comes up and takes my order in fluent Spanish, and I realize my dumb ass overlooked all the fair-skinned Spaniards :/ Doh.  |

I don't think so. Spain is a member of EU and hence has got a blue EU-addendum on the licence-plates. But the letters "LBY" might be for "LYBIA", and that concrete block originally was just imported from Spain.  · |
