This took place in Germany.She wasn't a hooker.She was a medical worker(something like radiology,I forget) and he was a platonic friend who was into death metal.There is a pic of her elsewhere photographed with her medical collegues.Apparently she had a tendency to befriend edgy,beardyweirdy types. Anyhoo,he made a last ditch attempt to woo her and she rebuffed him.He killed her,had sex with the corpse and posed the body for these pics which he uploaded to another gore site.Mods saw pics and alerted authorities.Chase ensued and he committed suicide by driving his car into a van. I seem to recall her head was on the backseat.Sorry I don't have a link but I've read the story many times and that's the crux of it.
