Happened on Wednesday (26/09/12), 20 year old male was travelling home when he lost control and crashed into some barbed wire fencing and died.

I know nobody will believe me, but according to the sources the man was sitting his ass on one of the windows of the car when (to much of his surprise) fell from the vehicle while the car was traveling around a curve .
It's not his fault, the centripetal force did it

I think you mean centrifugal, as in the action of a centrifuge. Good theory.
