looks more like a murder. I don't know about you but I never seen dirt crask someones head open like that. I don't see a blood trail from the concrete either so that rules out him hitting his head before he hit the dirt. Looks like he was talking to someone that shot him and he fell backwards. JMO

If you look closely in picture 3 he clearly has a crack from smacking his head on the floor.
