Poor man was probably thinking to himself, "if I just scream in absolute terror and protect my vital organs like this, someone is bound to come rushing in to my rescue before this lunatic turns me into ground beef." Ah, but that`s from the point of view of someone who isn`t feeling the rage the killer was feeling. Once one of those psychopaths decide you will meet the knife, he will not go poking around to try to coax you out of your protective fetal position; he`ll just ram that thing in anywhere he possibly can...until you stop moving. I hope that animal gets sentenced to death for such a brutal crime.
