A couple of weeks ago, but I can't see them here

A young couple (she was 20 and he was 30 years old) was found killed i Veracruz, Mexico back on April 12th. They had signs of torture and they had both been suffocated with bags attached to their heads and sealed with tape. It has taken them some time to die as it just blocks the airways, not the blood supply to the brain. A wonder that they don't seem to have soiled their pants.

As this is a cartel kill, it is quite usual that they pulled down the mans pants to humiliate him. Most sites censor the image but a few don't. Just have to be lucky to find those few.

There was a "narco-message" reading:
"ESTO LEVA PASAR A TODOS LOS QANDEN COBRANDO PISO Y SECUESTRANDO LLEGO LA LIMPIA PERROS ATT CDG"

Unfortunately I don't read Spanish and the Google translation doesn't give an obvious meaning to me. I'm sure that one or more users can do it better, and your help is welcome. But Google reads:
"THIS TAKES TO PASS ALL THAT THEY HAVE FILLED IN THE FLOOR AND KIDNAPPED THE CLEAN DOGS ATT CDG"

The woman had left home on Sunday saying that she went to work. She didn't return home and were reported missed by her family. But there is no info on their connection to each other or to the cartels.

Update

I found an image of the message where it is in fact readable. It is a bit different from the quote I had found (QUE ANDEN instead of QANDEN). I hope somebody will look at the translation again.

I also found a real HI Res uncensored image of the man - the first one had the censored part copied in from a lower res image. I let the old one stay in case it is linked from Google.

I'm curious how you got housecleaning there in the translation. Not a native speaker myself and I would have translated it with more words and a bit more strong to be something like, "The shit cleaners have arrived."

Not trying to get into a shit throwing contest on translating. Simply trying to up my own game.
