Couple Executed Over Her Drug Debt
16 year old girl and her 20 year old boyfriend were both shot in the head while 'parking' in his car and listening to music. He was married with a child, so the crime was initially investigated as a 'crime of passion' and the police assumed the man's wife did the deed out of jealousy. They discovered later that it was actually a neighborhood drug dealer, to whom the girl owed a very small debt. The dealer was caught and it was determined that he killed the girl over something like a dimebag of weed, in order to cement his local reputation 'not to be messed with.' He wore a mask when he approached the car and shot first the man and then the girl. Given the size of the debt and the man's likely ignorance, it is probably that neither of them even knew why they were being shot. Sorry for the b&w photos and the relative lack of gore, but I found the story interesting so I decided to post the pics anyway. They were the only ones available. Also included is a photo of the killer. |

Re: Couple Executed Over Her Drug Debt
The killer was already a suspect in three other murders. one in 2008, 2010 and 2011. he can face up 24 to 60 years for (t)his latest double murder in jan last year. some news report vid from 2012 where you can see the bullet holes in the opel too but unfortunately no other extra pics. He was caught on cctv so i'm trying to find the actual murder footage now but that will be a bitch. Other reports claim she was 20 and he 22 so dunno as ages always seems to be the problem on brazilian news sites |

Re: Couple Executed Over Her Drug Debt
Yeah, I just went with the one in her actual obituary, as opposed to one reported in the news story. Thanks again for clarifying any possible translation or interpretation inconsistencies in my narrative. Portuguese is not one of the (very few) languages in which I am fluent, so filling in the gaps from Google translate can occasionally lead to mistakes. I read that they saw him on CCTV 'stalking the victim', but not that the shooting itself was on camera. Footage is probably not going to surface, since the case is a year old, but that's still pretty cool to know that it is out there. |
