Couple Executed in Mexico
He was hanged from a tree and she was strangled with a garotte/ligature underneath it. They were found a day or two later. He was a security guard at a nearby hotel and she is as-yet unidentified.

Yeah, at first I thought it was duct tape or a plastic bag like in so many suffocation cases. But it looks like her face is just decomping much quicker than the rest of her. Her arm looks perfectly normal. Usual skin tone, no bloating or swelling. And her hips/legs don't look swollen up either. But her head looks like its been on a fuckin spike for three weeks.
