Some of those knives have been inserted after death, particularly those in the face. There's no blood from his eyes.
He was bleeding profusely from his chest etc. however. And he got handcuffed but I don't really see any signs of him struggling. There's just the many many knives in all possible places, even in his genitals.
I really wish I'd know the story to this picture.
Actually i think they stabbed him in the mouth when he started screaming
