Counsellor Found Dead - Mouth Padlocked, Hands and Feet Chopped Off
Uruburetama, Ceará, Brazil 36-year-old Gilson F.d.M., who had worked as a child protection counsellor, was found dead on a dirt road. His hands and feet had been amputated, and his mouth was forced shut by a padlock. One of his hands was also placed near his mouth, in a 'shushing' position. Gilson had not reported any threats or disagreements, and was well-liked in the region.    |

Way as I see it. A child abuser with a temper got reported and decided to get revenge on the counselor. I really hope that's not the case because that would be awful.
