You notice in some sicarios hits there is only one and it is efficient. In others there are a car full of people who all run up and take a shot. My thought is the single hitter people are pro's for hire. On the multiple hitters they are gangs that owe a favor or were hired. They are trying to show there commitment with everyone shooting the victims. I would not go to one of these countries unarmed. I would want a handgun and a long gun within reach. I would not ride in taxis and I would not establish a routine. I would not eat out in the fucking street and I would not go to bars with my back to the door.

I have turned down business in Mexico for this very reason. They will ID you as an American as you get off the plane. Watch what taxis you get into and snatch your dumb ass up. Why take a chance?
