Costa Rica - Young Lady Knocked Down on Her Bike
On the afternoon of 28th November 2019 in Parrita de Puntarenas (Costa Rica), 20 year old F.D.S.F.A. was killed. 'F' was travelling to work on her bicycle when a car ran her over. She died from head injuries. Her funeral was held at midday on 1st December.

A woman didn’t look when I was riding on the road one time.. she turned right into me and I bailed off the side of my bike hitting the ground running, I didn’t even fall down. My bike shot out the back of her car a tangled heap. When I came up to her window I saw that she was a quadrapalegic driver her face was kinda numb on one side too as I recall. what could I say? She asked if I was okay and how was my bike? I said I’m fine but the wheel was bent on the bike (yeah right holy shit!). She said do you think $30 would fix your wheel? I said sure and walked right across the street to the the pawn shop and got another bike, lol. A few days later my new ish bike was stolen down by the river and I had no way to get to work.. walking down the street I came across my old heap still laying in the ditch. I took it down to Safeway and stomped it straight again using the bike rack out front for bending and swearing.. and rode that mother fucker all summer and bought a truck in the fall, lol. Got me to work every day:) Whatever, this poor girl was just riding to work that’s really messed up:( |
