That's exactly what I thought; there doesn't appear to be a head on her body, though I came across a load of articles + not one of them mentioned decapitation, so I'm a bit confused, haha!

I think that it is a combination of the camera angle and her face probably being smashed that gives this impression.

Don't think so. Her scalp is visible in the first video clip so I think her head was crushed in the accident.
