another south african picture.....this guy would've probably just been really poor and desperate and not addicted to drugs.....we have that style of electrcity pole in SA and also recognise the cops blue uniform......too bad for him but i'm glad....the more pics of this type are online and spread around the less people will want to risk stealing copper wire......

I don't understand how these guys think, cutting a live high voltage wire will bridge you to earth in other words the current has now just found an alternate route to the ground
