well there's method i work with a African chap from Ghana and he informed me that the African government regularly diverts the power grid to sell the energy to surrounding countries for up to 24 hours a time with no warning except that there's no power, and like wise when the grid comes back on and in his words "the children are hungry and need to survive" "so when the power returns they must die" sad shit but unfortunately its life for many
