you usually see powder burns from pointblank shots. you only really see that from pic 1 which appears to be contact because of the ring. 2 really is interesting, ive never seen a bullet wound like that. id like some info on that one
The star shaped wound is called a Hard Contact Wound. These occur when the barrel of the gun is pressed hard against the skin at the time the weapon is discharged. The pressure causes the skin to tear in a star shaped pattern. You might be able to find more technical info on these somewhere else online, but that's what we were told in the ballistics section of a criminal investigations course I took in college.

in fact #2 isn'gt point blank... it's very close range

Point blank doesn't necessarily mean zero distance, it can be many meters depending on the weapon. These are contact shots.
