Presuming he is no longer alive in the first pic (blood and squished skull doesn't seem very hopeful of recovery lol) see how he is still standing and his left hand up, when they pull things apart if he is there long enough for rigormortis to set in, would he be able to still stand up? Or wouldn't the body go that stiff?

I had to laugh. I'm a workers comp nurse case manager for an insurance company. People WILL do anything for comp!
