His left hand seems to have an injury. I wonder if having a sore left hand caused a lack of grip contributing to his demise.  |

From the News Stated That the Anchor Point In the Concrete Structure Broke Away Sending Worker To His Death! 2nd & 3rd Pictures> Concrete Block-Debris! The Crank Chain Hoist (Orange Thing With the Handle & Hook) Was Holding the AC Component That's Seen In the 2nd Picture By His Feet With the Broken Crank Chain Hoist!
