Bullet hole in the back (Right shoulder) punctured his lung and probably nicked his aorta.

I think that is a down hill blood trail indicating a head wound. There is brain matter and aspirated blood. It is not uncommon for someone not to fall immediately when shot in the head. Frankly it is a hard to predict death without examination. They can do almost anything when brain shot, prior to death.

Shot three times, once in the chest, bullet lodged just under skin below the ribs just to the right of the spine (lump in photo). Then shot twice more in back after he fell forward. Little blood coming from those wounds because most of the blood bleeding into plural (lung) cavity. The foam is aspirated blood from the lungs as victim had agonal breathing for some time after the shooting.

Gunshot would be my guess....but then again who am I and I haven't seen it all....
