Those pointers work as a charity (there are many of these charity in Thailand. and this one called "Por-Tek-Tuok") to help people...If there is an accidents on the road cause some died and injured, this charity will handle both died and injured people. But if someone die like in this case, people will call these guys only, not call an ambulance from hospital.

those little white masks wouldnt do anything for that kind of smell anyway. vasoline or vicks vapor rub up the nose doesnt really get rid of it all the way, and if you only breathe in your mouth you can actually taste it, and it doesnt taste like chicken

its truly a horrid smell that doesnt compare to any roadkill you have smelt before, that house will have to be aired out for weeks and totally reupholstered. the carpet will always have the smell in it, even the walls them selves will reek.

I highly recommend you never smell it because it will stay with you for life, everytime you see a picture like this, the smell comes back...

Its quite strange how you become gifted at knowing what gross smell smells from another ... As *sighs* Ive mentioned i owned an exotic petshop - after years of walking into the shop in the morning, HAD something Died or food/rodents and been regurgitated you Got A NOSE for being able to tell by the smell whether it was a 'lizard' or a 'snake' EVEN what kind of species in some cases or a 'rodent' that had died & putrefied over night in the 80+degree heated tanks to make such a revolting smell _ All of them being Distinct after years of kinda ''learning'' the smells ... our main importer had developed such a honed keen acquired one to such a degree they could tell what actual 'Continent the import 'parcel' was from if there was any 'dead on a arrivals in it ... was a kinda strange Skill to have Don`t think i`ll have much use for it anymore mind !
