Colonel Russel Williams
Colonel Russell Williams A decorated officer of the Canadian military, Colonel Williams was charged with the murders of two women (Jessica Lloyd and Cpl. Marie-France Comeau) in 2010, and two sexual assaults. He was also charged with 82 counts of break and enter (some incidents dating back to 2006),having often stolen women's underwear, clothing, and even sex toys. Many serial killers are known to have committed break and enters, the purpose usually being to steal women's underwear (which Williams apparently dressed up in), or watch them sleep, masturbate in their home, and use this as a sort of "practice run" before they begin actually assaulting or murdering victims. Williams enjoyed returning the same homes. He returned to the home of his first sexual assault victim (that we know of) and broke in two more times after assaulting her. He often picked victims with whom he was acquainted. The first woman he murdered was in the military and stationed at the base he commanded; one woman whose home he broke into taught at the base; and another young lady was a neighbour of his in Cozy Cove, where he had his cottage. Williams' MO was to break into a woman's home, bind her, and photograph her. In the searches of his Ottawa home, police discovered stolen lingerie that was neatly stored, catalogued, and concealed. He kept detailed track of reports of the crimes he was committing, logged his crimes, kept photos and videos and even left notes and messages for his victims. He took thousands of pictures of his crimes, and often took pictures of himself, dressed in the underwear he had stolen and masturbating on the beds of his victims. Williams' neighbour in Cozy Cove was questioned regarding the sex assaults (a victim thought she recognized the voice of her attacker, and then identified that it was possibly Williams' neighbour). Williams knew this, and then left the body of his second murder victim where this neighbour hunted - actively trying to frame him. Although Williams' assault and murder victims were adult females, it has been publicized that there was child pornography found on his computer. It was also revealed at trial that Williams had stolen underwear of young girls, as young as nine years old. He broke into the bedroom of a 12-year old girl, leaving a note behind that said "merci" (thank you), on her computer screen. This was not the only time he left a note on the computer screen for a victim. Interestingly, Williams went to university with serial killer, Paul Bernardo. They both attended the University of Toronto Scarborough campus. They both studied economics at the Military Trail campus during the mid-1980s, and they graduated together in 1987, Williams, with a politics and economics degree, Bernardo, with a commerce and economics degree. Police have confirmed that the two were friends and partied together in school, and have brought up the possibility that they were "competing" with each other.  ·  ·  ·  ·  · |

he`s from england ,apart from learning to fly a plane he didn`t do much but be a puppet boy for the queen of england,,,those pictures look photoshoped though....he`s also on wikipedia |
