The locals were cutting his theiving little hands off when officials arrived!! It could be a defensive wound, but in some countries they cut off theives hands, cut out liars tounges, etc... I like the idea of the locals cutting off those dirty little theiving hands!!   |

It looks like the guy on the stretcher with the nasty arm wound is one suspect and pics 1 & 4 are of suspect #2 (he has a tattoo on his shoulder) mob justice can be swift and brutal.
