Cleanup on Lane Three
A man forty to forty five years old decided to take a shortcut across the highway. Visible in some of the pictures is the footbridge that would have gotten him safely across if he had bothered to walk the extra 40 yards to use it.     ·  ·  ·  · |

The guy's completely splattered on the asphalt and they still feel the need to stand over him with a rifle? I don't think he's a flight risk.
