Church Pastor Shot To Death Next to His Car in Brazil
An Evangelical church pastor was shot to death Friday morning. According to the chief of the Civil Police, he was heading to the city, when he got intercepted by gunman, who shot him several times. He died at the scene. His wife, and also another woman, were with him, but survived the incident unharmed.

The way things are down there, being a pastor puts a price on your head because the narcos don't like competition for souls. If you do prison work, they will come after you. They are always afraid that one of their members may "get religion" and demonstrate repentance by spilling the beans. Or quit using drugs.
