It's what happens in victims of drowning. I believe that it's a mix of water, mucus + air.

Re: Chinese Man, 20, Drowned Off Sihanoukville, August 2018
Been in Cambodia for 2/3 days? Unlucky swim! Be interesting to know the backstory. ** Update ** .. cos Im not that lazy for someone to look .. A 20 year old Chinese man is reported to have drowned at 7:20 pm on August 12, 2018, at Group 1, Village 1, Sangkat 3, Sihanoukville. While Chinese national CHAO TIAN was swimming at the beach with some friends yesterday evening the sea became very rough, and when all the others went back to shore, he remained swimming alone. Suddenly, a number of strong waves swept the man out to sea and he disappeared from sight. He was living in Cambodia on a three month visa extension. Reading some sites, it appears the beaches of Sihanoukville, Cambodia are pretty dangerous and several have drowned of late. |
